About Marco Rodriguez
Recently graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s in psychology, I have always been interested in human behavior and how we as humans interact. In this curiosity I am pursuing a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management at the Mays School of Business graduating in December of 2024.Through this program, my goal is to use my background in psychology to leverage and build a solid foundation that incorporates the principles of human resources with the information I learned over my four years. I had the opportunity to intern for a small medical equipment company working with employees and helping them perform to their full potential. I believe that these two degrees will set me up for success and will carve a new path. I am interested in working in compensation and benefits and performance management positions which would best suit my skill set.In January of 2025, upon completion of my masters degree I am interested a full time opportunity in any HR roles in the Chicago Metro Area and Texas but willing to expand my horizon!
