In my role I am in charge of B2B customers in our German speaking markets D-A-CH and also in other central and Eastern European markets such as Poland and Czech Republic. My customers go to all our destinations such as UK (English Channel and Amsterdam-Newcastle), Ireland (Dunkirk-Rosslare), Strait of Gibraltar and the Baltics (Kiel-Klaipeda, Karlshamn-Klaipeda and Kapellskär-Paldiski). In my role I look after our tour operators, coach tour operators, wholesalers and travel agencies. I am selling actively and support our partners in their activities towards the market, help solving issues and provide them with relevant information. I do this by personal contact, by attending fairs, trade shows and road shows, by doing fam trips and webinars.On top of this, I belong to the project team for the introduction of DFDS‘ new passenger route Dunkirk-Rosslare and I am member of the core team of Amsterdam-Newcastle route.
