Part of a team of senior engineers focused on solutions and performance, at both network and service layer.Main responsibilities- Collaborate with Group Engineering departments for innovative solutions design, assuring Vodafone Italy network consistency and evolution, in line with Enterprise and Consumer business strategies- Support Product Marketing in service design and implementation, also through third parties technical analysis and design- Assure the best customer experience for both business and residential users, supporting the design of optimal service architectures and the development of advanced monitoring tools and analytics platforms- Support Quality, Assurance, Operations and CVM departments in KPIs definition and analysis, allowing efficient solution and prevention of issues.
