I am responsible for the efficient running of civil engineering and geotechnical works, which includes- Deep foundations: Rotary Bored Bearing Piles and Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) Piles- Contract performance and contract documentation, including submission via Business Collaborator- Prepare job-specific contract plans and site documentation ITPs and RAMS and communicate to the site team. And review site records regularly to ensure compliance with contract deliverables- Monitor project performance daily with the project site team, ensuring all actions/risks are closed out on time to maximise margins, reduce costs, and maximise income and risk- Ensure efficient project delivery by working collaboratively with the support teams (estimating, design, commercial, procurement, plant, preconstruction and operations)- Support the work-winning team on sequencing, constructability, methodology risk and opportunities- Deliver the job by getting it right the first time throughout the project with a focus on zero harm, assurance of operations and demonstrating visible Health, Safety, Environment and Quality leadership- Liaise with Senior Management Team, Site Team, JV Partners, Suppliers, Stakeholders and Client(s).
