   Experience in 5G O-RAN split functions (RU, DU, CUCP, CUUP) and VRAN architectures in a virtualized environment. Radio operations over eCPRI interfaces. Including CSR, DU and timing configurations.Extensive understanding of software systems/services running virtualized O-RAN functions.Experience with virtualized networks, orchestration and automation across a large network architecture.Experience with Cisco, VMware, Mavenir, AWS, Fujitsu and Dell equipment.Activities assigned- Work as part of one of the 24/7 DISH IWR team shifts, leading, directing and managing groups of 5G engineers, in meetings, supporting the turn-up and troubleshooting of 5G cell sites around the country- Work with teams that consist of Core, RAN, PaaS, NE, Transport and Infrastructure engineers supporting calls from the field where troubleshooting is required to quickly resolve technical issues- Analyze service and system issues, determine corrective actions and provide feedback to respective teams to resolve systemic issues, and escalate complex issues to teams as needed- Train staff in O-RAN and cell site architecture to troubleshoot issues. Engage and escalate issues with market teams when critical/time sensitive support and resolution is needed- MOPs creation and work on technical solutions leading to CI/CD & automation- Organize and prioritize dynamic schedules with site turn-ups, balance teamwork loads and ensure inbound calls are answered in a reasonable amount of time. Span departments to assist in resolving network event outages
