With more than 20 years of experience in physiotherapy, osteopathy, and elite sports rehabilitation, I combine clinical expertise with applied biomechanics to optimize performance and recovery.Since January 2025, I have been working full-time at Sequence (SEQ) as a Senior Biomechanics Expert, contributing to product development, partner onboarding and training, as well as clinical research and validation.Previously, as founder of WeLoveRehab, I supported professional and recreational athletes in performance-oriented rehabilitation and was actively involved in validating the Sequence insole product with patients in a clinical setting. Alongside this, I have served as a performance specialist and physiotherapist for the German National Athletics Team, supporting Olympic and prospective squad athletes at training camps and major international competitions.Since 2004, I have been practicing as a physiotherapist in elite sports and rehabilitation, with a strong focus on trauma surgery and orthopedics in sports injuries. After completing my own athletic career, I trained as a physiotherapist and specialized in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, medical training therapy, and injury pattern analysis.My career path has included work in orthopedic-cardiological rehabilitation clinics, leading physiotherapy practices, and long-term support of national and international athletes. As an official team physiotherapist for the German Athletics Association (DLV), I continue to support Olympic and prospective squad athletes in both training camps and competitions worldwide.My studies at the International Academy of Osteopathy further complement my therapeutic approach, with a focus on preventing injury chains and enhancing long-term performance recovery.
