I’ve spent over 13 years working in social services mostly with people experiencing homelessness, mental illness, or immigration challenges. I’ve led outreach teams, supervised staff across multiple shifts, and built partnerships with city agencies, hospitals, and nonprofits to connect clients to the help they need.Right now, I oversee outreach operations in Queens, where I manage a strong team and help guide strategy around client engagement and crisis response. I’m big on training and mentorship there’s nothing better than seeing someone grow into a leadership role they never thought possible.I believe in meeting people where they are, both clients and staff. I’ve introduced systems that made our work smoother, like streamlining referrals or developing visual tools to help patients manage their medications. I’m all about solutions that are practical, culturally sensitive, and rooted in trust.At the end of the day, my goal is always the same: show up, lead with heart, and leave things better than I found them.
