In this job role, I am overseeing lending programs and policies, including mortgage, consumer direct, home equity, and indirect dealer lending. Major Roles: Leading cross-functional teams across four divisions, developing/executing sales and marketing strategies, serving as liaison between examiners and auditors, shaping/employing latest strategies for credit union to streamline operational workflow, providing oversight to team of ~25 full-time employees, including VPs and department managers, and steering development and implementation of new loan policies, procedures, and programs. Core Accomplishments: • Achieved total production of $360M in 2022 through execution of strategic planning. • Accomplished exceptional YOY loan growth by executing innovative department and process designs, leveraging technology advancements, and fostering enhanced customer experiences. • Chaired Credit Quality, Senior Loan, and Troubled Debt Restructuring (TDR) committee, as well as acted as voting board member of Asset Liability Management Committee (ALCO).
