I’m passionate leader, always approaching things with curiosity. I love to support colleagues in problem solving, trying to have a lateral thinking.As education, I’m an Electrical Engineer, graduated at the University of Padova with a masters thesis in collaboration with the Helsinki University of Technology. I started my work experience in 2009 as R&D Test Engineer in Areva. For several years I was in the AIS Disconnector product line, firstly as Technology leader and after adding also the Product leadership part. I’m currently the Product Leader of air-insulated Switchgears in GE Vernova. I’m holder of several patent applications linked mainly to HV equipment and technological solutions for HVDC applications. I served as a member of IEC as well as ad hoc Working Groups for DC switchgears.
