I have been working with IT for 30 years in various positions and with various techniques. I have experience from SW development,project management, systems management,systems maintenance and consulting services, Client account manager,support planning, people management, upline management,international projects Furthermore I have seven years international experience as assignee in USA working on Global projects and managing Global teams. Consolidated experience in playing executive roles within complex WW matrix based organizationsKey SkillsMy business knowledge include SMB as well as large and international companies.My experience has been always in SW mostly on the services and support side managing directly customers or leading complex customer facing organization aimed to delivery high quality services and support, in the past years I also expanded my key services skills and experience by leading a SW development Lab and by covering a WW role as product development mgr with revenue and development expenses accountability.
