About Marco Migliaro

As the Justice Studio Manager I\'m responsible for the overall business success of the Justice Studio. I manage and provide leadership to our Justice Team, through an empathetic, approachable, and motivational leadership style. I try to building an understanding of what motivates and drives my team members to be their most productive and successful. I help develop our staff and mentor them as they complete their steps in becoming licensed Architects and grow in our profession. I help maintain the quality of work that is required for quality construction documents and specifications. I help work on proposals and establishing the working fees for our projects. I work closely with clients and the design teams during the design through construction documents and into the construction phase. I am responsible for managing and overseeing the design team in completion of estimates, budgets, workload, schedules, plans, and the project manual. I have completed the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards’ Intern Development Program, and the ARE\'s. I have meet all requirements and I am a Licensed Architect in the State of NJ, SC, GA and FL and maintain my NCARB. Significant accomplishments include: Port Wentworth Fire Station, Boeing Component Operations Building, Work for the Duval County School District, City of Palm Coast Fleet Maintenance Building, The New Jersey Turnpike Authority Facilities Improvement Program, NJ State Police Newark Barracks, NJDOT Folsom Salt Shed, State of New Jersey Division of Property Management & Construction, SHI International Corp. World Headquarters, Cape Regional Surgical Wing Study, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission Condition Assessment Report. Affiliations include Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) at the national, state and local levels, a register member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
