Collaborative Project control support: Assist the Commercial Manager with regular cash flow and cost reporting, providing valuable insights based on project delivery- Purchase Order Management: Quality check of quotation and data entry, Raise and track all departmental purchase orders using NetSuite, ensuring timely processing and adherence to budget constraints, CBS allocation- OFCI Management: Monitor and forecast OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) payments, ensuring financial accuracy and timely processing Track T&C, check milestones, check appropriate forecast and payment execution, ensure that consultant contracts are signed off and aligned with project goals and timelines, Bonds tracking- GC post award contract management: Facilitate and support with external PM/CM consultants and GC, for the monthly IPC- Consultant and others Contract Management: Oversee and manage consultant contracts (DL, H&S, Cx, planning, CM, PM, design) ensuring all terms and conditions are met in alignment with project needs, assignment or/and extension of the rendered services and timely payment- Change management process: Assist CM with weekly changes review, liaison with Stack’s stakeholders, direct management of non GC Changes, which includes creation of EWN in Smartsheet and progress monitoring (OFCI, consultants, others)- Ad hoc activities- Cost Benchmarking: Conduct data cost benchmarking to inform the development of accurate forecasts and budget proposals for new projects- Final account: support and preparation of final account, liaison with finance
