Mechanic team leader in Magneti Marelli Electronic BL, Corbetta plantDevelopment of Clusters for automotive segment - Fiat/Chrysler customerLeading a multifunctional development team composed by 7 Italian engineers and 3 ODC (Offshore Design Center) from Indian consociateResponsible to ensure - organization output, both with respect to installed base activities as well as for new Cluster introduction projects- Project Planning – Budget and resource definition- methodology definition and application monitoring- project execution, on time and on budget- drive technology roadmaps aligned with stakeholders- that the mechanical works during design and construction meet the client and stakeholder requirements as well MM and Customer milestone- compliance with the applicable MM and Customer standards and regulations through monitoring the work of the team members (DR-FMEA-DFA-DFM)- definition of the mechanical requirements of the project- adherence to the required standards and norms - review basis of the design and related calculations (FEM – Mold Flow-Tolerance Chain)- monitor the management of consultants/contractors compliance to the approved mechanical design during the project phases
