448 guestrooms, property designed by the award winning I. M. Pei Architect Company. 2023 year today, we are above budget in revenues and GOP profits. We were the winning hotel property at the GWOE23 - Global week of engagement (Sales). In 2022 we achieved an all green score card! GOP above budget by 8.5%, Target flow GOP above budget by 4.5%, RPI Index above budget by 14.69%, Honors Membership sign up above budget by 246.5%, Team Member survey result above target by 2.7%, Guest Satisfaction scores above goals by 1.83 and 0.1. The property was in receivership and we had to report effectively all expenses to the court, focused on Sales strategies to maximize occupancy, revenues, group and catering business. We hired several Team Members in guest contact positions, Security and Engineering department to a level to kick-off the preventive maintenance program again. This hotel has meeting facilities measuring together under square feet (3,600 square meters), including conference space, boardroom and foyer. Valet and paid Self parking are available onsite. Currently working on the design and execution of the lobby, bar lounge and Bar renovation. Executive Board member of the German & American Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Houston Lodging Association.
