I am currently working at UOP (Universal Oil Products), a subsidiary of Honeywell that operates as a process technology licensor in the oil refining industry. The company provides advanced solutions and equipment for refining, petrochemical, and gas processing plants worldwide. As part of my first year at Honeywell UOP, I am taking part in the Early Career Program (ECP), which includes four rotations across different areas of the business. I am currently based in the Assago office (Milan, Italy), where I will remain until January 2026 for the first rotation- In my first rotation within the Early Career Program, I am part of the team, where my main responsibilities include data monitoring, customer interface, and data reorganization. In addition to these activities, I am also taking part in various technical and professional training sessions to strengthen my skills and knowledge within the refining industry.
