Cataract Territory Manager & Proctor @Johnson & Johnson

The role- Responsible of the technical-scientific and commercial support of the assigned territory in Lombardia(BS, BG, CR, MN and MB)- I work in the hospital facilities(both public and private) with the ophtalmic surgeons, other health workers and administrative stakeholders- I present the products, I offer technical consulting in operating room about surgical instrument usage, I accelerate the introduction of new products- I\'m responsible of commercial negotiation with both public and private interlocutors that often concern the management of tenders regarding the supply of products, biomedical technologies and support services. Responsibilities- Deliver support to the surgeons in the operating room- Managing hospital deposit accounts- Managing tenders for the assigned public hospitals- Managing the commercial negotiation with the private customers- Ensure the accomplishments of sales target in term of revenues, volume and mix- Guarantee relation and partnership continuity with main customers and Opinion Leaders in order to support the company strategy and improve the company image- Support the implementation of company strategies within the territory of competence- Ensure the market monitoring in terms of trends, competitors and customers.
