After more than 16 years as a technical specialist in the field of communication technologies, I now advise DAX companies and globals on the digitisation of work. In the year of the pandemic, we took a big step forward, but now it is important to combine the technical possibilities with the new requirements. I’m a Mediator between technology and behavior. Thanks to my three children, I know what it means to have to work FLEXIBLY. It is my personal goal to give my customers “TIME” back through technology. Put a question mark behind everything you know and get rid of the barriers in your head when talking about \"new work\". At the same time, work is as individual as every vertical, every company, every department, team and in the end every person and their skills. “One size fits” all cannot be the solution. That’s why working concepts have to be flexible and versatile. — Nach mehr als 16 Jahren als technischer Spezialist im Bereich der Kommunikationstechnologien berate ich heute DAX Konzerne und Globale Unternehmen im Bereich der Digitalisierung hinsichtlich neuer Arbeitskonzepte. Ich agiere dabei als Mediator zwischen Technologie und Fachbereichen. Im Jahr der Pandemie haben wir einen großen Schritt nach vorne gemacht, aber nun gilt es die technischen Möglichkeiten mit den neuen Anforderungen zu vereinen. Durch meine drei Kinder weiss ich was es heist FLEXIBEL arbeiten zu müssen. Es ist mein persönliches Ziel meinen Kunden “ZEIT” durch Technologie zurückgeben.
