For 7 years at McDonald’s I’ve designed and executed talent management strategy, employee listening programs, performance management processes, and leadership pipelines at scale across one of the world’s most significant workforces.I’m a curious person by nature. I connect dots across conversations, industries, and ideas that don’t always seem related until they suddenly do. That quality is what made me effective inside one of the world’s most complex organizations, and it’s what I bring into every room I walk into.Seven years at McDonald’s taught me that the best strategies mean nothing without the people executing them, especially those on the frontlines. I’ve built programs that supported people managers, launched ERG infrastructure, and founded a leadership exposure series that’s still running. Launched and loved. Outside of work I’m a hybrid athlete. I’ve lost 70 pounds and counting, and the discipline that takes shows up in how I operate.
