Support systems included filter drying rooms, wash up room, solvent storage and associated mechanical and electrical space $32M Design and construction of ft2 laboratory for analytical services and research and development. Facility design includes approximately lab space and support areas for offices and storage $15MHigh speed explosion proof tube and bottle filling lines including filler, cartoner, case packer and serialization capability $20MManaged overall transfer of a pharmaceutical laboratory, manufacturing and packaging operation from the Toronto location to the Whitby location within a two year time period and project budget of $21M. Design, specification, purchase, installation and qualification of process equipment for drug product operations. Packaging processes experience including primary tablet, liquid and semi-solid filling and secondary processes including labelling, cartoning, case packing, and serialization.
