Management of digital transformation projects of the gas distribution network in all phases of their life cycle: setup, development and testing, industrialization of the developed solutions and monitoring of their adoption. • Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with the time/costs/requirements and objectives of the Strategic Plan; • To maintain solid Key Stakeholders Engagement in order to ensure the deliverables in achieving the project objectives; • To plan and tracking project deadlines and goals adopting specific and adequate tools and to produce periodic reports, documentation and presentations. • Coordinate the work of dedicated cross‐functional teams; oversee the roll‐out and industrialization of the MVPs of the Digital Factory, ensuring the adoption of the initiatives
