ABOUT MARCO CONSIGLIO
I am an experienced HSE professional with a remarkable track record spanning 35 years in the Oil & Gas upstream sector across multiple international locations, including Italy, Nigeria, Congo, Libya, Egypt, the UK, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Mexico, and Iraq. Over the past two decades, I have successfully led diverse teams of HSE specialists, providing invaluable support during the FEED and Detail Design stages of major E&P development projects. My expertise lies in implementing robust HSE management systems in accordance with ISO standards, devising comprehensive HSE plans and procedures, and conducting EIAs, QRAs, and ERPs. During my tenure from 2013 to 2017, I took charge of training and leading a team of 20 local HSE officers, entrusted with overseeing onshore drilling and production activities in Turkmenistan. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in developing and executing the Company\'s HSE management system, aligning it with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. Furthermore, I spent three years in Iraq, where I spearheaded the coordination of a team of HSE supervisors during the construction and commissioning of a 600MW power generation facility. Subsequently, I was appointed as the Company\'s HSE Manager, assuming responsibility for the overall HSE performance. Notably, one of my key achievements was the successful implementation of the Company\'s HSE IMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 standards and securing system certification by the end of 2022. My skill set, extensive experience, and proven competence enable me to significantly enhance an organization\'s HSE performance in a fast, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
