Lead project start-ups and associated budgets. Lead all account transfer projects. Extensive experience with 100% e-commerce customers and launching of e-commerce business with new and existing customers. Responsible for seamless launch and integration of 92 Locus Robots into an e-commerce pick and put-away order fulfillment operation. Maintain customer and employee relations in union and none union labor environment. Product managed in high end apparel, footwear, accessories, hotel linens and supplies, electronics, jewelry, FDA regulated products, prescription as well as fashion eye wear.Outside of GEODIS Logistics I have 18 years of extensive experience with import, export and purchasing of raw materials for products produced in Mexico and sold in the U.S.A. Managed an FDA regulated facility in El Paso, Texas while responsible for a manufacturing facility in Juarez, Mexico. Currently and recently managing the distribution of e-commerce, retail, wholesale of Vineyard Vines and Everlane apparel fashion companies.
