Currently I am employed with Bemac collision group as a refinishing technician. I have over 10 years of customer service experience and the bulk of all my roles have been very client focused. From my previous experience at CIBC and London Life, I have a great deal of knowledge in the automotive industry as a technician, service advisor and as a sales representative. As well as in investments, mortgages, budgeting, growth strategies, and administrative responsibilities. I would utilize Microsoft products to help me operate and grow my practice daily. Previously I was the team leader at Grafton Fraiser INC and would assist in training, managing new and current employees, as well as the store\'s daily operations. Coming from London Life I bring industry leading training, work ethic and experience with me. Being a student respiratory therapist has taught me a great deal of patience and how to handle very high stress situations
