ABOUT MARCO BUTTARELLI
Since I was a kid, one of my greatest ambition has always been working in the aviation, supercar and propulsion environment, amazed by their elegant and fine design perfectly balancing their power. During university, I developed great passion for powertrain, aerodynamic design and turbomachinery, continuously deepening inside the subjects and exploring new and stimulating topics. And all this brought me to pursue my desire: I want to design and develop innovative and sustainable solutions and to manage major challenges, like the reduction of environmental impact and the continuous enhancement of performances, diminishing product’s dimensions, non-conformities and costs. I am both analytical and broad-minded: when I target the problem, I decipher it and then design an optimal and innovative solution, taking into account all the uncertainties, always with an eye on timing and milestones. I consider myself a meticulous and flexible person, who would like to work in international environment, ready to approach a global challenges and cooperate with my teammates.
