My name is Marco Bezerra.I’ve built my career by moving.Across countries.Across cultures.Across disciplines.Not to collect experiences.To understand how things work.I’ve worked in Berlin, São Paulo, Gothenburg, Dubai, Amsterdam, the UK.Different systems. Different ways of thinking.Same challenge: make ideas matter.That changes how you see the job.I don’t think in formats.I think in connections.Local insight into global ideas.Brand into experience.Creativity into business.The work has been recognised at Cannes Lions, D & AD, One Show, Clio, Webby and ADC.At 31, I went back to my hometown to build an agency outside São Paulo.In a centralised industry, it made no sense.It worked.The obvious path is rarely the most interesting one.And building where it “shouldn’t” work teaches you more than playing it safe.I’ve led work across brand, design, innovation, retail and commerce.Different outputs. Same intent.Today, I’m an Executive Creative Director at VML and the Global Creative Lead for Jaguar.I try to understand how systems work.So I can make them work better.
