As the main FPGA engineer at Menlo Systems—a world-renowned photonics company founded by Nobel Laureate Prof. Theodor W. Hänsch—I\'m part of the R&D team, focusing on FPGA development for advanced laser and custom projects.My responsibilities span the full engineering lifecycle, from system-level architecture and modeling to low-level firmware implementation. I specialize in- FPGA and HDL Development: Designing and implementing Verilog-based modules to interact with optical components. Worked with both Intel and Xilinx FPGAs- System Engineering & Simulation: Leading system modeling efforts, defining specifications, and validating architectures using simulation tools and through the creation of digital twins- Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Working closely with physicists, electronics engineers and other developers to integrate FPGA solutions into complex optoelectronic systems.Through my work, I contribute to the innovation of technologies that support fundamental physics research, aerospace, telecommunications, and quantum computing.
