I am member of the Asset Operations (Fossil, Hydro, Nuclear and Energy Storage) Management team, supporting the COO and all the Senior managers in maintaining a continual and effective commitment and involvement on HSSE. Reporting to the Executive VP HSSE Uniper, I am responsible of the following main tasks:• Driving the Uniper HSSE mind-set and culture across the entire Generation fleets;• Promoting the Best practice sharing and mutual learning of HSSE measures;• Leading, planning and driving the HSSE improvement programmes;• Effectively guiding the different HSSE resources in the Generation fleets and managing all the different stakeholders (e.g. Asset Operations Officer, Fleet VPs, Plant Managers);• Developing and providing tools and processes for improving HSSE performanceI operate with my team across Europe, with plants located in 7 different countries including Russia
