About Marco Andrea Distefano
Experience of watchkeeping from the engine control room and from the engine room. Trained and to operate of all engine room machinery such as main Diesel engines and associated propulsion system. All auxiliary systems which include lubricating oil and fuel oil system, bilge water system, sewage system and fresh water generator system,fuel oil sepataion and movement plant. Experience as hotel engineer on board cruise ships, responsible for galley equipment and pools with the associated pool machinery system and for all leisure pool USPH records for inspections. Working on ships, gave me an hard-working mindset in a busy and under pressure environment. The positive energy, the patient and willing to do, have helped me to improve my technical-practical skills. I believe in continuous growth and improvement, both in professional and personal life. I’m a very loyal person who love to work in a team, really honest and reliable
