Building a new paradigm for Corporate Event Organization!Technical background, graduated in management engineering at Politecnico di Milano, I am now fully dedicated to the financial management of Kampaay, the Event as a Service plaform I co-founded in 2019. During the last years I developed expertise in process analysis and management working in the internal audit department of an important Italian multinational corporation. Focusing, at the beginning, my learning effort on the company outbound logistic, I get the most important operative and managerial issues regarding this part of the business. Then I worked into the purchasing department, and I was committed to develop projects to improve the purchasing processes with a particular focus on projects regarding the sustainability management of our upstream supply chain and the risk management related to our suppliers. Then, working into the internal audit department, I focused my attention on the company processes, in order to analyse how to improve their performances and governance. The experience developed is extreamely useful today in order to manage Kampaay in the right way trying to get the company results at the best possible level.
