In his years with Deloitte and Grant Thornton, he gained extensive experience in scoping, planning, executing, and managing System and Organization Control report and Sarbanes Oxley 404 IT readiness and attestation reviews, business process testing, risk assessments, compliance reviews, and external financial statement auditing. During his time at JPMorgan Chase, Marc executed regulatory and compliance audits, leading the third party oversight (\"TPO\") and human resources audits for the Commercial Banking group. Marc was also head of the risk and TPO continuous monitoring initiatives for Commercial Banking. Marc has performed contract compliance reviews, restriction coding, trade monitoring, and implemented and tested manual control frameworks for global asset management firms. He brings technical experience in several financial applications, supporting infrastructure, and database software including SAP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Windows UNIX, SQL, Oracle DB, DB2, and Access in addition to the Sentinel and Charles River trading platforms. He has successfully completed the CISA certification exam and passed the accreditation process.Marc has worked with technology companies, investment management firms, banking and insurance, healthcare, aerospace and defense, agricultural, and energy companies.
