Originally from South Lyon, Michigan, I began my career at Merrill in January, 2003. Since then my team and I have been working with small business owners and affluent families to help establish and achieve their unique financial goals.My team\'s approach to wealth management is based on three basic pillars: philosophy, process and structure. We believe that clients should have an understanding of what investments they own, the research process supporting the investment\'s selection and transparency in fees. Our financial strategies are driven from a comprehensive, goals based planning process and are tailored to each client\'s personal needs.As a Retirement Benefits Consultant I also work on one of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management\'s specialized retirement advisory teams, delivering the highest caliber of services to corporate benefit plans including: plan design, provider selection, investment menu due diligence, construction, compliance & fiduciary support and a vast array of personalized participant communication & education services.I strive to give back to the community that I not only work in, but live in as well. I have served on several community boards and support numerous local charities.
