In 2007 I jumped out of the corporate world and into the world of the small business startup and opened a new Your Move Estate Agency franchise in Uddingston (Glasgow). Since then I have opened and closed an operation in Kirkintilloch (Glasgow) and opened an operation in Bellshill (Lanarkshire). A tough challange to ride the property market into and through the worldwide recession but presented itself with business challanges, experience, failure and success that you simply cannot buy.Your Move McLaughlin is an interesting success story showing the importance of entrepreneurial thinking, agility, leadership, understanding your environment and being surrounded by excellent people!
