As part of the management team of the Technology Advisory group, Mr. Lévesque leads a team of 100+ persons participating in architecture, network, voice, data base, Middleware & software development projects. He makes sure to fulfill project requests by assigning proper members based on their skills. He also works with product management teams, especially those of CGI Unify360 and CGI Canada Contact Center solution. Mr. Lévesque is heavily involved in the development of these two products that now run as DevOps teams, following an Agile methodology.
