After many years working in the Shipping / Freight Forwarding Industry, and being involved in office start ups I was hungry and ambitious to go out alone and build something for myself. After various conversations and meetings, myself and my business partner Carl Jump decided on combining our skills in the Freight Forwarding, Sales and Recruitment industries, and Jump Lane Recruitment was born.
