After spending years cutting my teeth at Kolter, I decided to step out and find my own way in October of 2009. I created my personal real estate development and custom home building company.I grew frustrated with cabinetry companies not delivering on time, so I brought together a talented and experienced design team and also founded Interior Elementz.AREAS OF EXPERTISE- Real Estate DevelopmentWe study local markets, acquire land, and conceptualize and build the ideal home for each specific parcel- Project Management and General ContractingOur project management and general contracting teams work hand in hand to bring the client’s vision to life. We source and facilitate land acquisition and assemble the full design team, from architecture to landscape and interior design.PERSONAL JOURNEY & PHILANTHROPYIn December 2020, I reached a major personal milestone: two years in remission from cancer, a benchmark that 40% of cancer patients never achieve. To honor that moment, I committed to creating meaningful change in the lives of children diagnosed with Leukemia.In 2021, I trained for and completed the Race Across America, a non-stop bicycle relay race from Oceanside, California to Annapolis, Maryland. We assembled an eight-man team of riders from the United States and the United Kingdom, all of whom had battled cancer or been profoundly impacted by disease. Together, we rode 24/7 from coast to coast to demonstrate that cancer did not slow us down, but instead fueled our drive to achieve more and give back.Through this effort, we raised more than for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Childhood Program.
