I\'m a Senior QA Professional with about 19 years of experience, growing in the field from being a QA Analyst to being a QA Manager for cross-functional and cross-location teams with exposure. During my career, I\'ve been exposed to several technologies and several industries, from Telecom to Insurance, and from Electricity to Oil commodities.+ I\'ve acquired a skill that I believe is crucial to being successful and dynamic which is the ability to learn about systems, processes, requirements, and technologies. I feel comfortable at new environments where I will go from having little knowledge to being a reliable and dependable expert, providing Subject Matter Expert perspectives and being the go-to person to my teams and upper management stakeholders, as well as providing training to customers.+ I\'ve been an employee of Fortune 500 companies such as Amdocs, Cognizant and Accenture.+ I\'m currently focusing my career into the Energy Sector in Ontario, Canada. I am the MDM/R expert for:> Data Collection, working with multiple adapters, including the CMEP and AMRDEF (Elster, Honeywell) adapters > Validation, Estimation, Editing (VEE)> Framing, including all the TOU and Tiered pricing options > I\'m also the expert for the Configuration of Business Rules within the MDM/R (Siemens EnergyIP). I\'m the mind behind a very successful and quick implementation of the newly implemented Pricing Option called ULO - Time-Of-Use Ultra-Low Overnight, as well as I\'m the responsible for configuring the system for the Net Metering initiatie.> I am very independent with Synchronization, Billing and WebServices activities within the MDM/R as well.+ I\'m also very experienced with Data Analysis for Production troubleshooting and problem solving.+ Expert in delivering Testing / Quality Assurance Services combined with a strong background with Testing Management, Testing Execution, Defect Management, Build Management, Customer Facing and Development/Coding skills.+ Known for professionalism, integrity, moral values and principles, combined with being results-driven and passionate about finding effective ways to accomplish daily tasks.+ Proven results in improving team’s productivity by creating new tools and streamlining processes (business automation).+ Excellent team player with interpersonal skills to build relationships with teammates and other teams.
