ABOUT MARCIN KACZOROWSKI

I am an experienced, self-motivated, organised, confident, and vastly qualified Chartered Health and Safety Professional (CMIOSH) with a varied array of industrial and manufacturing experience. I have a successful track record of working with organisations to continually improve their health and safety compliance and culture, thus improving employee engagement & wellbeing and reducing the risk of reputational damage, charges and civil claims. I am an adaptable professional, possessing substantial management expertise, strong troubleshooting skills and a proven ability to deliver solutions and optimise resources. I am able to inspire confidence and gain the trust of regulators, colleagues, the workforce and clients through a combination of personal and professional style. I have achieved responsible positions throughout my career and in my current role I must demonstrate initiative both autonomously and within a team environment and take the lead in high pressure conditions. I work well under pressure and enjoy new challenges and projects. My goals are to develop and establish strong health and safety culture within my organization and continually ensure safer business progression while reaching the top of my profession. I enjoy motivating people and get great satisfaction in mentoring and coaching others. My management style is to “lead by example”, consequently I believe that it is crucial to gain trust and respect by communicating, motivating, coaching, mentoring and empowering my colleagues with the knowledge to be able to take ownership of their own responsibilities and be able to develop themselves through the process of continuous development.
