Community Forward Ohio (501c3) was created to connect residents with services available for their unique needs. Our mission is to provide compassionate care and support to individuals and families who may be experiencing homelessness, extreme poverty or other unsafe living conditions. Ultimately, a person’s destiny is in their own hands, but we can help them by removing the barriers to success. We are committed to employing an inclusive and holistic approach to move our most vulnerable communities forward and create impactful changes for their future.
