I help organizations become truly Latino Ready™ — translating intention into the cultures, systems, and leadership practices that support Latino and immigrant talent.As Founder and CEO of AmMore Consulting, I advise organizations and leaders on increasing inclusion, representation, and advancement for Latino professionals across all levels. My work focuses on structural change — ensuring Latino talent is not only recruited, but seen, heard, and positioned to lead.I am also a trusted voice for Latino and immigrant professionals navigating systems not designed with them in mind. Born and raised in Chile, I immigrated to the U.S. in 2005 to pursue graduate studies. That lived experience, combined with professional training, informs how I bridge organizational strategy with the realities Latino professionals face.I am a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®) with a background in journalism and a master’s degree in Applied Communications Theory and Methodology. I am a frequent speaker and facilitator on Latino inclusion, bicultural leadership, and immigrant talent, and my work has been recognized through honors including Distinguished Hispanic Ohioan, YWCA Women of Achievement, Crain’s Women of Note, and Notable Immigrant of the Year, among others.At the core of my work is bridge-building — between organizations ready to evolve and the talent they already have, and between lived experience and leadership opportunity.I am a Latina entrepreneur, advisor, and speaker — and a mother raising a bilingual, bicultural son — committed to helping Latino professionals grow, belong, and thrive, while supporting organizations in leading with greater clarity, equity, and effectiveness.
