Assistant to VP Brasil & Latam and to 6 Directors in all daily routine (agenda coordination, meetings, business trips, correspondences, e-mails, expenses reports, international contacts to headquarter in Barcelona as well as LatAm Markets)- Responsible for coordinating international events hosted in Brazil, organizing logistical arrangements for high level executives (arrival/departure pick-up, accommodation, VISA requirements) as well as the whole event structure (meeting rooms, coffee-break, multimedia equipment…)- Coordination of international executive visitors to Brazil, including pick-ups, accommodation, flight arrangements and meetings organization involving internal and external partners- Co-responsible of the new travel agency implementation in Brazil (Flytour Amex GBT), holding meetings with the Headquarters and Flytour Travel Agency in order to gather information for the new travel tool, training all traveling users, register and gather access to new users (internal and external)- Travel expenses report, purchase processes (suppliers register and payment) and other activities using SAP tool and Travel & Expenses tool- Supervision of Administrative Department, responsible for Facilities and 3rd party team such as: 1 Receptionist, 2 cleaning staff and 1 kitchen-maid
