ABOUT MARCIA FOURNIER

I started my career at Philips Lighting Brazil, just out of architecture school. Here I am, 25 years later, joining Signify - the world leader in lighting.And so much has changed since then… We live in a digital era. Lighting sources went from conventional lamps to LED. From analog, to digital. A digital platform allowed luminaires to go way beyond illumination: they became extremely efficient, flexible, intelligent. They last longer. Controls added another layer of flexibility and savings and are now mandatory in most States in America.Today, we can replace the existing outdoor lighting with digital connected fixtures to bring light and data to devices, apps, people – redefining what light can do and how you use it. AIA, LEED AP & O+M, has been involved in the specification and sales of various lighting and controls products to all channels and influencers at WattStopper/Legrand, Lutron, Philips, Acuity, and OCS Lighting & Control. She is a Sales Executive at Signify.Her international experience includes sales and marketing for different channels and professionals in the United States and Latin America. With a degree in Architecture, Design and Urban Studies from the Universidade de Sao Paulo, Brazil, Marcia has also worked as an interior design teacher for five years.
