About Marcia Ridley

With a broad range of experiences, I started my career in the seafood industry working in Alaska, and Seattle – learning the value of hard work, creating quality products and process engineering - an early lesson in LEAN. I took a short career sojourn to Japan, teaching executives the English language for a couple years, before returning stateside and more recently engaging my lifelong interest in the sciences and healthcare. I have a diverse background that encompasses sales and business development, executive compensation, human resources, finance, operations, as well as a passion around innovation and possibilities. I love exploring new ideas, learning about what makes things tick, and imaging how to make things better.
