Areas of Expertise: Organizational Development: • Assist organizations to create successful high-performing Teams by developing interventions to improve the dynamics of Workplace Culture, Accountability and Workflow Processes through fostering effective Communication, Leadership, Interpersonal and Productive Conflict Skills • Possess high-level skills in Board of Director Development, Facilitation of Board Retreats, Implementing Professional Development Initiatives, and Creating Comprehensive Development & Fundraising Strategies. Project Management: • Coordinate and implement successful trade shows and educational conferences for the healthcare industry within Connecticut and New England including events for: The CT Hospital Association; The American College of Health Care Administrators- CT Chapter Educational;(In secured Christopher Reeve as a Keynote speaker); the Connecticut League for Nursing; and the Connecticut Center for Nursing Workforce. • Coordinated $2.0 million dollars Capital Campaign for MidState Medical Center. In one year, secured $1.8 million dollars in pledge commitments. Effectively managed (7) sub-divisions and over 60 volunteers representing community leaders, medical staff, employees and corporations. Created all marketing materials as well as planned and implemented all cultivation events. Training: • Prepare & Present management training programs for numerous healthcare and service organizations focusing on: Leadership, Change Management, Team Development, Employee Relations, and Customer Service. • Implement and facilitate engaging training & educational workshops utilizing learning assessments for employees and organizations to address: Organization and Leadership Development; Creating High Performing Teams and Positive Workplace Culture; and Supporting effective Selection, Hiring and Onboarding of Human Capital- Authorized Partner of The John Wiley Company.
