I appreciate the daily challenge of staying current with the advancements and resiliency of the information technology industry with three years of experience at Dell Technologies under my belt. Coming from the world of retail banking and the payment arena it\'s been a good change. I remember when cloud meant up in the sky (LOL). I enjoy building relationships with my customers and sharing life while providing solutions that meet their immediate business needs. My biggest challenge has been adapting to our new normal ZOOM101. Never would I have envisioned video emails; some days I sit back and remember the good ole days-) Getting outside of our comfort zone is what stretches us and being 6 feet tall I stretch daily.Currently, I\'ve stepped out of my comfort zone into a new role and I\'m excited to see it expand. It\'s reassuring to know I have a team of Dell experts to assist me from hello to the end of the implementation cycle. Imagine life with no change; pretty dull. I\'ve been told I march to the beat of my own drum and that sums me up pretty well. Daily, I choose joy and I value my peace at work and outside of work. Authentic, organic, and dependable are words used to describe me. My personal goal is to reach the C-Suite successfully; focus on giving their IT Director more time to manage revenue-making projects while handling productivity on first boot with the right Dell devices, security from anywhere as our work model is now hybrid and changing minute-by-minute, addressing the digital workspace with seamless access across all devices and apps and overall provide quality solutions implemented in a timely manner. I invite collaboration with you and my door is \"open for business\".When away from my home office I garden, and play in the dirt with my yard art and flowers. Before CV I taught beginning sewing lessons. I absolutely love seeing the faces of my students when they left the class with an item they made. PRICELESS! One thing many may not know about me is I love vitamin sea! One day if all things work out I would love to move and be by the sea; I would be in my element of bliss. I also enjoy baking, reading, and serving others in my community and church. Life is good and I choose joy daily.
