National advisor specific to the various needs of college students of Color. In particular, my expertise focuses on students who are Asian American, first-generation college students, students of Color, working class, queer, and/or those impacted by immigrant experiences. Here, I design and develop workshops and interactive discussion spaces, focused on racial trauma, prioritizing the needs of students of Color, growing positive and proud racial and ethnic identities, self-care and healing, as well as institutional strategies for improving the well-being and experiences of students of Color in college.
