Builds and communicates multi-year executive compensation models in support of executive retention. Monitors trends and regulatory developments in the external market that may impact the Company\'s executive compensation programs. Manages the company’s stock based compensation and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) programs. Frequent interface Legal, Finance, Tax, and Accounting business partners.
