Western Fulfillment Leader for KBHS Home Loans (Joint Venture between Stearns Lending and KB Home). Region includes: California, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho and Washington.Responsible for operational excellence through oversight of all processing, underwriting and closing/funding activities performed by 10 operations managers and their teams – approximately 100 members. Ensure team production goals are met through strategic direction, goal setting and daily leadership. Employ a variety of capacity management and resource management techniques to meet established financial and budgetary targets. Responsible for ensuring center operates in compliance with Fair Lending practices and all Federal and State regulations (RESPA, Reg Z, TIL, ECOA, etc.). Proficient with Fannie Mae, FHA, FHLMC, VA, Jumbo and USDA products.Strong leadership skills with the ability to generate enthusiasm among staff. Accountable for recruiting, hiring and staffing the operations team with qualified individuals. Support training and coaching efforts among the operations staff to ensure that employees understand the Company’s technical, operational, loan program and underwriting guidelines and have the knowledge, skills and abilities to meet performance, quality and efficiency goals.
