Responsible for ensuring center operates in compliance with Fair Lending practices and all Federal and State regulations (RESPA, Reg Z, TIL, ECOA, etc.). Proficient with Fannie Mae, FHA, FHLMC, VA, Jumbo and USDA products.Strong leadership skills with the ability to generate enthusiasm among staff. Accountable for recruiting, hiring and staffing the operations team with qualified individuals. Support training and coaching efforts among the operations staff to ensure that employees understand the Company’s technical, operational, loan program and underwriting guidelines and have the knowledge, skills and abilities to meet performance, quality and efficiency goals.
