Responsible for loan transactions that come through Network Kansas, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and Federal policies when relevant; evaluate potential loan projects that do not reach Network Kansas through a partner; and support our partners in their ability to evaluate loan project applications. Prepare underwriting analysis for new loan requests, which includes a detailed analysis of financial performance, financial condition, projections, and identification of key risks at mitigating factors. Collaborate with the programs team and the loan team to identify when to connect potential and current loan clients to technical assistance for support in the areas including financial management, accounting, legal services, and other identified needs that emerge. Build, maintain, and develop strategic partnerships with lending partners, E-Communities, and other organizations that work in the loan and/or capital space.
