I am currently responsible for shaping the vision and strategy to enhance Silae\'s system architecture, development practices, team structure, and ongoing technical operations management. Silae is a rapidly expanding payroll software provider that has experienced significant revenue growth since 2017. In a decade since its inception, Silae has created a product capable of managing complex payroll environments in the ever-changing landscape of French labor agreements. As of March 2023, Silae boasts over 4,800 partners, including CPAs and HR outsourcing experts, catering to small businesses and generating over 6 million payslips monthly. This achievement covers one-third of the SME market, driven by a customer-centric product that delivers increased productivity, high retention rates, and the sector\'s highest NPS. Silver Lake, a global technology investment firm, acquired Silae in September 2020. With plans to further expand Silae\'s presence in the SME market, the company\'s growth strategy includes entering the mid-market segment, broadening its product offerings, and pursuing international expansion. Note: Silver Lake manages over $88 billion in combined assets with a team of professionals based in North America, Europe, and Asia. Its portfolio companies generate over $221 billion in annual revenue and employ more than people globally.
